Many of our existing dental patients have had the condition your describing. We would be able to figure out the best procedure with a simple x-ray and exam. You may need to open your bite restored your and so that your lower teeth hit on the back of your upper teeth. The standard care for an overbite usually consists of surgery (i.e.: corrective jaw surgery. Your teeth would need to be aligned. You may need an orthodontist.
