Hi Dr. Khalaf: I full set of veneers in the front and have had a small white bump above my front tooth since an injury. I have never had any pain associated with it, but the appearance of my gums have progressively gotten worse and now there's a big yellow pus sac at the top of my gum. I have absolutely no pain associated with it so I'm wondering what I should do?
