Giselle, The price of fillings depends on how many surfaces of the tooth is affected. The price ranges from $175.00 to $350.00 it depends on how many surfaces of the tooth are affected. It sounds like since it is on the side of the tooth that it could be a one surface filling which would be $175.00. It's really hard to know for sure without the doctor looking at it. Our regular hygiene (cleaning) is $100.00, if you need root planing done (deep cleaning) it costs $245.00 a quad, $980.00 for the whole mouth. Most people just need hygiene done, but if you have periodontal problems you may need root planing, that would need to be determined by the doctor's examintaion also.
