Dr. Khalaf will begin with an exam. After the examination the doctor will discuss your treatment and answer any questions you may have.

Dr. Khalaf will give you an estimate of what your treatment will cost. 

 

Please bring the following information to your first appointment:
 

• X-rays if you have any.

• A list of any medications you are taking.

• Insurance information. 

 

Your first appointment will take between 1–1½ hours. Children 17 and under must be accompanied by a parent.
